About the Course

The study titled investigates the effectiveness of a family-centered therapeutic intervention for families dealing with parental alcohol misuse. The research focuses on understanding how addressing both the parent’s addiction and the family’s relational dynamics can improve overall family well-being. Through qualitative interviews with participating families, the study highlights the importance of holistic therapeutic strategies that consider the emotional and psychological needs of all family members, not just the individual with alcohol misuse issues.
