Details are provided regarding organizational-level interventions that can be used to prevent and reduce burnout. Special emphasis is placed on strategies to improve workplace culture and climate.

Dr. Rubinstein received her Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Florida and her Doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Rubinstein’s professional interests include recovery from trauma, chronic illness/chronic pain, anxiety, stress management and eating disorders. In addition to her experience as a clinician, Dr. Rubinstein has been published in areas addressing post-traumatic stress and chronic illness.
