About the Course

This course is a guide for administrators tasked with developing a clinical supervision program for substance abuse counselors. Supervision guidelines, the supervision contract, the initial supervision sessions, evaluation of counselors and supervisors, individual development plan, outline for case presentation, and audio and videotaping.
