In this educational presentation, Tracy Carney and Suzanne Daub of the Community Care Behavioral Health organization share how recovery-oriented intake, screening, and monitoring can establish person-centered values and positive tone while identifying whole health needs and preferences in order to provide integrated health care. This Recovery to Practice (RTP) training helps behavioral health and general healthcare practitioners improve delivery of recovery-oriented services, supports, and treatment.

Tracy Carney, CPRP, CPS
Tracy Carney is a senior recovery specialist at Community Care Behavioral Health. Ms. Carney has over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field as a service professional, a researcher, and an advocate for individuals living with behavioral health issues.
Suzanne Daub, LCSW
Suzanne Daub is senior director of Ingrated Health Initiatives for Community Care Behavioral Health. Suzanne Daub is a leading expert and nationally recognized trainer in integrated healthcare who knows how to help clients design, scale and evaluate behavioral integration into primary care and wellness culture.
Anna Hollis, Ph.D., NCSP, is a nationally certified school psychologist currently living near Detroit, Michigan. She is licensed as a psychologist in 2 states (Michigan and South Carolina) and certified as a school psychologist in in 5 states (South Carolina, Michigan, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Maryland). She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA); the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP); the Michigan Association of School Psychologists (MASP); and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS). Dr. Hollis obtained her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of South Carolina. Her professional interests include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Positive Psychology; Trauma-Informed Practice; and Urban School Psychology.
