About the Course:

The need for drug treatment in state and federal prisons and local jails is evident. The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners Program, or RSAT, was created to help states and units of local governments develop, implement, and improve residential substance abuse treatment programs in state and local correctional and detention facilities. This publication discusses the RSAT program.
